Allan Rodriguez serves as a Senior Director at Amato Advisors, where he leads strategic communications initiatives for clients navigating complex public affairs challenges. Drawing on his extensive experience in high-stakes political environments across federal executive and legislative branches, Allan brings exceptional expertise in narrative development, reputation management, and mission-driven messaging.
He is particularly adept in media relations, having developed and maintained strategic relationships with journalists across national, regional, and specialized media outlets.
Government Experience
Before joining Amato Advisors, Allan served in the Biden-Harris Administration at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) as both Deputy Press Secretary and Press Secretary. As a key member of USDA's communications leadership team, he spearheaded comprehensive communication efforts for one of the federal government's largest departments. Allan crafted and executed successful local and national media strategies showcasing the agency's initiatives to build rural economic prosperity, support agricultural producers, enhance nutrition security, and advance other Administration priorities.
Allan's federal experience also includes service in the United States Senate as Deputy Press Secretary to Senator Jeanne Shaheen. In this role, he was instrumental to the Senator's communications team during her successful reelection campaign while navigating the challenging political and media landscape shaped by the first Trump Administration and the COVID-19 pandemic.
